Submitted request on Sunday night at 11pm and received confirmation of status match next day (today) at 9:30am. Waiting for it to update on my account. I have done this in previous years and never had an issue.

I've been Ambassador for a few years, but didn't make it last year so was back to Titanium. Noticed yesterday that my National had been downgraded from Executive Elite to Executive. Send in my card and 12 hours later I was back matched to Executive Elite

I received an email 15 minutes later approving my status match to the Emerald Club Executive Elite. The e-mail states that my National Emerald Club account will be upgraded within 7 business days.

Took a printscreen of my nights details page in the profile section of the website. It had my firstname, my lifetime plat status and nights. I received an email less than 24hrs later confirming my status match to executive elite. My profile will be updated in 7 days or less.

I already had Executive status from Amex Platinum card. I also have Marriott Gold Elite status from that card, so using that for this match. Requested National status match via their web form on November 7th, notified immediately it was in process. Received confirmation of match to National Executive Elite on November 10th. I am Marriott LTE, but not offered as a choice here. I had National Executive status through Am Ex Platinum and use them frequently, 38 days through 7/1/23. Would not have reached Executive Elite without the match. Took two hours to get the positive response. I included the profile page from the Marriott app, it worked. Overall, real easy.

National's instructions say to upload a membership card or screenshot to their status match page. They say the upload should include your name, status and expiration date of the status. I didn't have a physical card and couldn't find a screen anywhere on Marriott's site with my full name let alone the status expiration date. (I find it very annoying that businesses have to be so chummy these days: on every page they display just my first name in a huge font: HI, SO-AND-SO!!!) So I just uploaded a screen with my first name, status and number of points and National granted the status in a few hours on a weekend.

I then contacted Hertz and they requested proof of my National Executive status. Within 24 hours, my new status was reflected with Hertz. For the inconvenience, I believe that they bumped my status match up to President's Circle as it should've been Executive to Five Star only.

On July 7th, I got this email from [email protected] Thank you for providing me with that! I have successfully status matched you to our prestigious President Circle member tier! Did it with [email protected] but let’s face it : Avis is not that of a good company for cars. Always my last choice. It’s just a pass to cut the line when I really need it
