After providing some additional personal information (mainly business related, i.e. name and position within my company) and proof of status with Flying Blue, past travel, confirmed bookings with Singapore Airlines and proposed future travel plans, the status match to KF Elite Gold was granted. My account and digital membership card were updated immediately. Took 3 weeks from first contact to approval of status match.
