Called customer support number. Asked if they had status match with Hilton. Answer was no with two different associates. Asked if there were challenges. Was told there was only a challenge for silver to gold for 8 nights and from gold to platinum for 16 nights, but I had to be at that status level already, and can only do one per year. Decided to stay with Hilton until they had a better program in the future.

These Elite miles can only be earned when members travel on Singapore Airlines, SilkAir, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Australia, Vistara, any Star Alliance airline or selected Star Alliance Connecting Partner airlines. They responded and asked me for some scanned documents, which I provided.
