I Signed up for Miles&Go and requested a match via the web site of Miles&Go. After purchasing 2000 Miles via the website I was informed that the match has been accepted and that I will be informed via E-Mail by April 20 - I was successfully matched today.

Used the published status match: registered for TAP miles and go, uploaded scan of card with registration. Some days later got email from TAP confirming my application with the instructions to buy at least 2000 miles to active the match. 2-3 weeks later I got the match. Full Gold card until 2022 with all benefits including nominate a friend for gold.

TAP Miles&Go
From TAP: "If you are client of one of the eligible miles programs, please enter your proof and apply for a status equivalence for the TAP Miles&Go Silver or Gold". Registered on their website, and uploaded a scan of my Flying Blue Gold card. Then you have to buy miles or join the Club TAP Miles&Go before their deadline.
Few days later I received the acceptance email:

I obtained my Singapore Gold via the Shangri-La/Singapore fast track to Silver, plus 3 flights to Gold.
I then requested via Emirates Customer Services to match.
I did have a return journey in first booked with Emirates, and they asked me questions about the future revenue I might send their way before granting the status.
