Sent in an email to [email protected] in May 2020 during their status match offer and attached a copy of my previous flight statements, screenshot of my members page with my name and membership number and a photo of my membership card that shows my full name, tier and expiry date.
Got a reply over 2 weeks later stating they received my request and will notify me when it is resolved. Then a week later got an email stating I was upgraded to Qatar Airways Privilege Club Gold which comes with Oneworld Sapphire status. Gold status is good for 1 full year from the date of approval.
