(Remember that you should send the flight record of last 12 month but not the record of 2019. If you apply at november 2020, you should send flight record from november 2019)
Applied at 2020/11/02 and got approval on 2020/11/30.

I Originally sent ina copy of my AIr Baltic VIP , Alaska MVP Gold, and British Airways Gold card along with a copy of my passport. They then requested I send in a statement of my last 2 months flights. Then they requested physical scans of my BA gold card. When I informed them that I don't keep a physical copy of my BA gold card I was asked to request a new card from BA and then send it in. It felt like I was being given the runaround and I gave up.
