Emailed them ~Jun 2020 with Velocity e-card, statement from the past year with numerous travel between Australia and Hong Kong / regional Asia, and said I would take a long haul CX flight in future without providing proof (which I booked after getting the match). Very efficient team from the MPC Club and got matched within 2 or 3 days. Baggage tags came in about a week.
