I took my Diamond Plus Total Rewards card to Mirage’s M Life counter and they matched it with gold. They also linked mine and my husband’s cards together, which is something they wouldn’t do at Caesars.

Submitted the documents and also emailed documents to customer service today. Attempting for 4th time. Certain all documents are included. Hotel stay was less than 3 months ago. I hold platinum elite status.
