Attempted to fill out the status match form at this address https://pub.emails.hertz.com/Hertz_Status_Match but it never worked for me. I then contacted Hertz and they requested proof of my National Executive status. Within 24 hours, my new status was reflected with Hertz. For the inconvenience, I believe that they bumped my status match up to President's Circle as it should've been Executive to Five Star only.
