I used https://statusmatch.hiltonhonors.com/ and uploaded a screenshot of my card and a screenshot of an Excel sheet listing my stays from 2018-2021 with IHG.
As Corona suspended travelling the last two years, I explained this in a textfield I added on one of the pictures.
I also mentioned that I have a two weeks trip coming up and already have a booking with Hilton.
Also I mentioned that I achieved Spire with IHG in 2018.
Match was granted without any further notice after two days, showing gold in my account.
Unfortunately I do not see any expiration date, but I assume I'm on the 90 days challenge, with 5 nights to confirm gold.

Contrary to other report on here they will only upgrade to Gold, not Hilton diamond. Just google Hilton status match and put in info. Not that you do have to stay one night with Wyndham and prove it. I wasted 70$ for a night just to upgrade with Hilton, and didn’t get it because I was already gold.
