Submitted feedback through the website asking for the status match - provided my flying history on Delta, membership card info, TK#, etc. Received a follow-up email in a few days asking for a front-back photo of my membership card (even though submitted already). 2 days later got an email that the match was approved. The entire process was ~6 days.
