Contacted Lufthansa by using their online contact methods, provided them with flying history, proof of elite status, and when my status expires, and I received the following messages after 36 to 48 hours later below:
Dear Mr E XXXXXX,
Your Lufthansa Status Match Has Been Approved
Your Lufthansa Status Match has been approved. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your Miles & More account to reflect your new Lufthansa Miles & More Senator status. Your new status will be valid to 28th February 2023. Kindly ensure that your e-mail address in your Miles & More profile is up-to-date and has permission to be contacted by the Lufthansa Miles & More Team.
Please download the Miles & More App in order to see your current status and have it with you all the time. There will be no cards issued and sent by post. You may see your digital status card online on mileandmore.com as well as in the App.
