"Our rewards program is smaller than Hiltons, however having checked the Hilton Rewards website I can see the equivalent of Silver status would be our highest rewards tier and so I have upgraded your rewards profile to floor 3.
You would be on this floor for 6 months to start, after 6 months if you have not stayed the 21 nights required to be on this floor we would reduce your membership to the floor that matches your room nights. To be on Floor 3 you need to stay 21 nights or more.
On floor 3 you will receive the following benefits each time you stay in future: 10 points for every £1/€1 spent, Free Premium WiFi, Superior Room Package guaranteed (Mineral water and biscuits in your room, Iron and Ironing Board, Newspaper, 10% discount on food and Beverage voucher) , 1 x Costa Voucher, 1 x Free drink voucher, Priority access at check-in, and Late check out."
