Impossible to reach, tried multiple avenues - phone, email, generic contact form on the website. Submitted proof of past travel, proof of upcoming travel including one booked flight and 3-4 planned trips (which are now being booked) Received a "courtesy" email to let me know that only UA Premier Platinum can match to KF Gold - completely ignoring the fact that by that logic, UA Gold could match to KF Silver. No offer for challenge either.
