Sent a "feedback" requesting status match. Within 7 days I received the first reponse, asking for my passport, FB card and statement from FB for the flights from last 2 months. Another 9 days later received second response, asking again for the 2 months statement in pdf as I have sent previously screenshots. Called FB service line, asked for the statement, received it within 15 minutes, sent it to Turkish Airlines, then called the Miles and Smiles hotline to ask for an urgent reply as my flight with TK was in 2 days time, received the confirmation 30 minutes later: We’re pleased to inform you that as of July 12th 2022, the status of your membership. has been raised to Elite. We’re excited to be able to offer you more benefits and advantages with Miles&Smiles. There are a few details about your upgrade to Elite that we’d like to tell you about: • The first 4 months of your Elite membership is considered as the trial period.
