Very difficult to get any response from SQ. When I called, I was told that I would get a call back the next day - the call never came. I submitted a request via the website (because there is no email), I received a "courtesy" email that in order to match the status of KF GOLD, you need to be either a United Airlines Premier Platinum or United Airlines Premier 1K. When I responded asking if they status match to KF Silver, I received no response. Overall very poor experience.
