Sent an email to [email protected] with screenshot from Hertz App of status and also Website. They responded in a few hours with a standard (Bot response) to send supporting scanned copies. Next day sent updated email with Avis Case Number reference (from previous email reply) and same attachments in addition Email copy from Hertz about my recent upgrade to Hertz President's Circle status (Amex Platinum Card Benefit). Received an email in couple of hours stating Matched to Avis Preferred Plus. Hertz President's Circle Status Matched to Avis Preferred Plus.
