United Airlines MileagePlus
Went to the United status match website and uploaded a screenshot of my AA Account Summary page, which includes my status card. After hitting Submit, I was taken to a confirmation screen that said my request was approved instantly. Much better than the 7-14 day review time they indicated, they must have an AI computer system that can scan the upload.
The Match is a Challenge - I'm given Premier Silver for 120 days and have to fly 4 PQ + earn 1,300 PQPs on flights operated by United or United Express.
My account doesn't show any changes, but I requested that my challenge date begin 48 hours before my next United flight, so I am assuming it accepted that and it'll all get updated on that date.

Choice Privileges
Sent an email to [email protected] with Full Name, Choice Privileges Member Number, and a screenshot of my Hilton Honors Diamond elite status. They're really quick to respond, but it took a few tries since Choice kept asking for a screenshot of my card with an "expiration" date, but there's no expiration date on my Hilton Honors Diamond status. After the 4th time sending a screenshot (of my whole Windows desktop and browser screen showing I was on the Hilton site), I was approved within a few minutes for Choice Privileges Platinum.

Delta SkyMiles
Applied on Detla Status Match Challenge.
Although Turkish Airline is not listed, but Delta still offer the challenge to Gold only within 3 months.
12,500 MQMs or 15MQSs + $2000 MQD or MQF Waiver.
Since i'm not in the USA, so i only need to qualify the first criteria.
But interestingly, some of the skyteam partner, even the business class only accumulate 100% mileage without extra bonus.
Really need to find right airline to complete this challenge task.
