You need to pay $99 fee but well worth it since 100K status gives you the WORKS package for you and all those flying with you. Free luggage, free seat assignments, fully refundable tickets, etc.

Took a screenshot of My Hilton Honors Card on desktop website and submitted the match request via https://status.emeraldclub.com. Never got any email confirmation but 7 days later my National account reflected my new status. Request made 1/2/23. Status good until 2/28/25.

United Airlines MileagePlus
Went to the United status match website and uploaded a screenshot of my AA Account Summary page, which includes my status card. After hitting Submit, I was taken to a confirmation screen that said my request was approved instantly. Much better than the 7-14 day review time they indicated, they must have an AI computer system that can scan the upload.
The Match is a Challenge - I'm given Premier Silver for 120 days and have to fly 4 PQ + earn 1,300 PQPs on flights operated by United or United Express.
My account doesn't show any changes, but I requested that my challenge date begin 48 hours before my next United flight, so I am assuming it accepted that and it'll all get updated on that date.
