Sixt Cards
https://www.sixt.com/sixt-cards/#/ - click on "Get Matched" about 3/4 of the way down the page, logged in to my existing SIXT profile or you can start to create a new one, select the Hertz Presidents Circle, upload screenshot of card, add (or skip) credit card info, and DONE. Got an instantaneous notification and email "Welcome to SIXT Platinum!"
Note - for some reason, because I had a preexisting, basic, profile, it created a second profile/number for platinum status. Since platinum is as high as you can get (normally based on # of rentals), and the next step up, Diamond, is invite only, the lesser can be deleted. Sixt allows multiple profiles/numbers under a username/log-in so people can separate personal from corporate rentals, etc.
