Contacted through their home page. After a few round of email communication, I have been granted KrisFlyer Gold against my ANA Super Flyer (SFC) status. Required information/documents are; screenshot of other FFP elite status, past travel history, future bookings with SQ and plans of travel (destinations and classes). I had not flown ANA for long time (just maintaining SFC status), however, I also provided the travel history with Vietnam Airlines (Lotus Gold status), they actually matched me to KrisFlyer Gold. Seems they count the past history, so if you are just SFC or JGC (with JAL) status holder without any travel histories, likely status match will be rejected.
