Really Really hard conversations. The want a screenshot of my membership and screenshots of my last stays ( https://www.hiltonhonors.com/en_US/status-match/landing/ ) This was so so so hard. The custom service send me a email and need more details. More and more .. I have chat 7 times with the customer service. They can't support me. Told me only "peace use the link for matching" After 2 Weeks, I give-up. Maybe has anybody a other ID ???
