Uploaded screenshot of my Choice Privileges Platinum card from the Choice app to https://status.emeraldclub.com/. Got an approval email within 20 min.
PS: When I signed up for Emerald membership, the status match website said I had to wait 24-48 hrs for my new membership to reflect in their systems - this turned out to be true. It didn't find my Emerald account until about 40 hours.

They denied saying "Unfortunately, at this time we do not status match with Choice Privileges Rewards program."
