Sent an e-mail with request to [email protected] . They answered me within less than an hour. I presented them All Accor Diamond screenshot and also SAS EuroBonus Gold (Star Alliance Gold) screenshot. Pro tip: don't send them screenshots taken directly from iPhone, because they can not open it (answered me twice, it's impossible to see it). Just simply make a PDF (somehow online, it's possible for free) and attach them PDF file. Status has been matched to Premium Elite until end of this year.
