E-mailed [email protected], sending a screenshot of my Hilton and Radisson membership cards. They replied within an hour asking for me also to send a screenshot of my Hilton online account home page. Once this was done I was upgraded within a few minutes. One thing to note is that I first tried with my IHG Platinum status, but they refused to match that to their Premium tier, saying they would not match IHG Platinum to any tier.

Oman Air Sindbad
Sent in Air NZ Silver card and 12 months of flights (including longhaul NZ to Europe with Star Alliance airlines) and reference number of future longhaul flights to Europe booked through Oman Air. They responded asking just for past six months of flights, which I then sent (which did not include past Europe flights). Declined 24 hours later.

Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles
Applied using the online feedback form, and they responded very quickly.
They did ask for my digital card multiple times, and finally they noted that it was because it didn't show the SkyTeam Elite Plus level on the card? Delta has 3 places to get your card that I can find - the website, app, and Google/Apple wallet - ONLY the app seems to show this logo (and does a poor job of it) - the wallet pass and website don't.
It's interesting DL Gold, Platinum, and Diamond all seem to match to the same place (Elite) - I was sort of expecting Elite Plus. Oh well.
I got the same 4 months granted, with the options to extend to 1 year w/ one flight or 2 years w/ 15k miles as everyone else.

Apologies if this says "Air France Flying Blue" - there wasn't an option for the new "Asante" loyalty programme from Kenya Airways.
I spoke with Kenya Airways and they said that they were only matching Flying Blue customers at the moment as they had a previous partnership with them
Kenya Airways isn't doing much to entice new business their way at the moment, despite launching a new loyalty programme.
