We are unable to approve your status match as the documentation reflects a carrier that we don't currently match."
Which is odd, since United and Azul have codeshare agreements.

Choice Privileges
Match was denied because you can only get one status match in your lifetime to choice rewards. I did a match from Hilton to choice rewards in 2020 and just got denied.

Wyndham Rewards
Go to Wyndham Rewards website and search Status Match. There is a link to the Status Match form. Took about 2 weeks to match. Status is for 90 days. Need to stay 1 night for Gold, 4 nights for Platinum, or 10 nights for Diamond to maintain status for the remainder of year and all following year. Please look at other reports below for the link !
