LATAM Pass
After applying for category equivalence, I sent all the necessary documents. through the promotion pages, https://latam.statusmatch.com/. It was necessary to send my Latam Pass card. P
However, due to an error by LATAM BRASIL, the proof card was not being issued on the website. And I opened several calls since January 30th, without any solution. Only today, February 12th, after my 4th complaint, was the problem resolved. When I resumed contact with the category equivalency, I was informed that the "promotion" had ended.
