Sent a message to Turkish Airlines customer service using their feedback form on Smiles&More pages. Attached a copy of my digital membership card with Finnari, accoun statement forbthe previous 3months and a copy of my passport id page.
I received an email from the customer service 3h after my request with accepatance to Smiles&More Elite status. Trial membership is valid for 4 months.

Log in to Wyndham Rewards, and go under https://help.wyndhamrewards.com/s/status-match
You must complete 10 nights in the next 90 days to maintain the Diamond level.
In the event that Member completes the requisite number of Qualifying Nights within their ninety (90) day period, his/her/their Awarded Level will remain in effect through December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which such Qualifying Night(s) were completed, unless it is extended or superseded in accordance with the WR Terms.
In the event that the Member does not complete the requisite number of Qualifying Nights within their ninety (90) day period, their account will revert to the original level.
