Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles
Contacted online using feedback form and submitted a screenshot of my Platinum medallion card, latest statements, and passport photo page. Turkish Airlines replied, asking me to visit a local office. This did not seem good, so I submitted a new, identical form, and was approved within an hour.
Conclusion: if they want you to visit their local office, submit another form and probably another agent will grant you status directly.

Contacted Turkish via the feedback option. Shared screenshot of passport, of my digital hold card and two month flight history. Was matched within 24 hours to Elite Gold. 4 months given and will be extended to
12 as long as fly one Turkish flight within the first 4 months. Then need 15,000 status miles in first 12 months to extend for a further 12 months.

Requested a match and was told Bonvoy does not match but they would happily issue a challenge. 16 nights over a 90-day period to receive Platinum Elite status.
