Asked if TK would status match SAS Eurobonus Gold since SAS is leaving Star Alliance. Was asked to send passport, copy of Eurobonus Gold Card, and flights from the last two months. Sent in it all, got denied match with no explanation.

We are pleased to inform you that as of June, 24th, 2024, the status of your membership --- has been raised to Elite. There are a few details about your upgrade to Elite that we would like to tell you about: You are required to perform at least one international flight with Turkish Airlines in this period.
