Call AAdvantage's phone number at 800-433-7300 and say "Account Servicing" when asked for the reason for your call. The representative will send you an email asking for your contact information, account statement, and your Mileage Plan member card with current status. You then have to travel a certain amount of mileage to keep the status every four months for a year to keep the status.
